Luis E. Toledo was born in Cordoba, Argentina, on November 27, 1959. He received the Engineer degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the Catholic University of Cordoba, Argentina, in 1983, and the Master degree in Business Administration from the same university in 1994 for work on project of investment related to the technology. From 1984 to 1986 he joined the Invel company at Cordoba, where he was working in software development for local Industry. In 1988 he was a scholarship holder during a year in the laboratory of microelectronics of Louvain-la-Neuve at Belgium. Since 1989 he has been a member of the Research and Teaching staff of the Microelectronics Laboratory, Engineering Faculty, Catholic University of Cordoba where he is now head of the Microelectronics Team. He teaches courses on Microelectronics, C/C++ and Assembly language. He is a Member of program committee and article reviewer in Symposiums, national and international Conferences and Workshops in the area of Design of circuits and integrated systems. He is author of own works and in collaboration on subjects of Microelectronics presented in symposiums and international conferences. His field of research is mixed signal circuit design (non bandgap voltage references and integrated sensors).
