Carlos D. Vazquez received the Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree from the Catholic University of Córdoba, Argentine, in 1983. Since 1984 he has been a Professor in Engineering Faculty at the Catholic University of Córdoba(UCC), Córdoba, Argentine. In 1994 he was a scholarship during three months in the Sapporo Electronics Center, in Sapporo City, Japan. Since 2002 he has been a member of Research in Microelectronics Groups at the Catholic University of Cordoba. His research interests is the design of digital circuits in FPGA.
